If you divide a polynomial [tex]P(x)[/tex] by a binomial [tex]xc[/tex], then the remainder is equal to [tex]P(c)[/tex].
[tex]c=3\\R(x)=P(3)\\ R(x)=(3)^311\cdot(3)+10\\ R(x)=27+33+10\\ R(x)=16[/tex]
